📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the flow of goods and vehicles at the border checkpoints.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and stakeholders to facilitate smooth cross-border operations.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to manage data, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the integrity of the supply chain.
• Provide assistance to customs and immigration officials during inspections and audits.
• Conduct regular checks and audits to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a maritime or logistics environment.
• Certification in Customs Brokerage or International Trade is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs and immigration regulations.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
