📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the daily operations of palm oil mills in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the mills.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Work with the team to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to the mill operators.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the palm oil processing facilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the mills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations and maintenance.
• Familiarity with palm oil processing equipment and technologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
