📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
Maintain and update HR records and reports using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Ensure all HR processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR personnel roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
