• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, and corridors to ensure they are always immaculate.
• Use advanced cleaning tools and equipment, including high-efficiency vacuums, steam cleaners, and eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Handle linens and laundry, including folding, ironing, and distributing them to guest rooms.
• Report and resolve any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs with a smile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related roles.
• Familiarity with Marriott International's housekeeping standards and protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
