📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
• Support the kitchen and dining staff by assisting with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering meals.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the establishment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and at ease.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering meals.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
