• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for IT vocational training, aligned with industry standards and local job market demands.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of educators and administrators to ensure high-quality instruction and support.
• Manage all aspects of school operations, including student assessment, enrollment, and graduation processes.
• Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships that benefit our students and programs.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the school's infrastructure and resources, creating a conducive learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators to ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT education, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of curriculum development and implementation in a vocational education setting.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in IT education.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
