📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Maintain and update HR records and reports using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Ensure all HR processes are efficient and effective, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR personnel roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
