Employee Engagement Specialist (Contract Role)

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing and implementing strategies to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. Based in Bali, you’ll work closely with our HR team to create initiatives that reflect our company’s commitment to a positive work environment.

As an Employee Engagement Specialist at Asticom, you’ll be responsible for conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, and developing action plans to address key issues. You’ll also organize team-building activities and workshops to foster a sense of community and belonging. With your expertise in HR practices and data analysis, you’ll help us create a workplace where our employees thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey or Microsoft Forms.
• Analyze survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs.
• Provide regular reports on employee engagement metrics to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement or HR.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Certification in employee engagement or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
