📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies and solutions.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, providing accurate and timely financial information to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate cost overruns and variances.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective construction practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or construction management.
• Proficient in cost control software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification in Cost Control or Construction Management is a plus.
