Maritim Sentosa Jaya is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for ensuring the smooth flow of goods. This role is crucial in maintaining our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop new warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.,Experience in a similar role within the maritime or logistics industry is a plus.
