📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Report on social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
