PT Konishi Lemindo Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SHE management and a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on SHE practices and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SHE programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Investigate and report on accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SHE objectives are integrated into all aspects of operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date SHE documentation and records.,Stay informed of changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Certification in SHE management (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
