📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve restaurant goals.,Handle any food-related emergencies and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
