📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.,Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proficiency in quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.🛠️ Keahlian
