📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
