Accor Berjaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
