PT Galih Damar is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that help our employees grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Identify training needs and develop learning solutions to address them.,Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
