In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's talent management strategy.,Work closely with the HR team to ensure that training programs align with the organization's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training design and facilitation techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management systems and software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
