📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and applications.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operations.,Monitor network performance and ensure data security.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaC++) is a plus.Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g.ServiceNowJira).Certifications in IT-related fields (e.g.CompTIA A+Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
