Base Pro Corporindo is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Subang and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage a team of engineers and technicians.,Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.,Maintain and update project documentation.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.,Implement best practices for project management and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of construction and maintenance processes.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with project management methodologies.
