Nest Root Pratama is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and compliant with all regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Track and report on vehicle performance, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance records.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies, working closely with mechanics and other relevant parties to resolve them promptly.,Ensure that all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
