Bloom Village Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, insurance requirements, and environmental standards.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor and maintain vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Investigate and resolve any fleet-related issues or accidents, ensuring a safe working environment for all drivers.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to management.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and implement best practices for fleet management.,Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and environmental standards is a plus.
