In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Teller in managing daily banking transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of our banking operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teller in managing daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Assist in cash handling and safekeeping duties.,Support the Head Teller in training and supervising junior staff.,Participate in bank meetings and contribute to operational improvements.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banking software and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality.
