📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage budgets and resources for learning and development initiatives.,Evaluate and report on the impact of learning and development programs.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
