In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand's online presence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.,Create and edit engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.,Assist in organizing social media campaigns and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
