Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pizza production and food safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
