As an Assembly and Packing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly and packaging processes of our drug products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations and industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the assembly and packaging processes of drug products, ensuring adherence to GMP regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly and packaging processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on GMP compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any deviations or issues in the production process.
• Utilize advanced software such as SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for process monitoring and control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly and packaging operations in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Certification in GMP compliance (e.g., GMP Inspector, GMP Quality Assurance) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP and MES software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
