Oversee the bank's credit management functions, including credit risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.,Develop and implement credit policies and procedures that comply with regulations and align with the bank's business objectives.,Work closely with senior management to develop and implement the bank's credit strategy.,Monitor and analyze credit performance data to identify trends and risks.,Develop and implement credit risk management systems and controls.,Provide guidance and support to the credit management team to ensure effective and efficient operations.,Represent the bank at industry forums and conferences to enhance the bank's reputation and profile.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or a related field.,A minimum of 15 years of experience in credit management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit policies and procedures.,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
