Hokian Krisna Bakery is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the growth and success of our bakery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing concerns and conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in any additional projects or tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience with remote work is a plus.
