Food Mart Group is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all customers.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is well-organized and up-to-date.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Assist in promotional activities and special events.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions securely.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to stand, walk, and reach regularly for up to 8 hours.
