📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs through assessments and feedback.,Create engaging and effective training materials.,Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.,Collaborate with managers and HR to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
