Depot Nanda Gadget is looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our shop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily shop operations including opening and closing procedures.,Train and supervise junior shop assistants to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Assist in the organization of promotions and special events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Basic understanding of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
