📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise engineering projects related to agricultural operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and farmers to implement new technologies and practices.
• Monitor and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the farming team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful project management in agricultural operations.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment, and technologies.
• Certification in agricultural safety and environmental regulations (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
