📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
